Project Board? Forums?

I'd like to get a job board going to try to drum up some freelance opportunities and also give non-profits a place that they can submit requests for work. The non-profit stuff would be pro bono, but for profit companies could also post requests. It's always nice to have some work on the side and a little extra pocket money.
If anyone has any ideas for features let me know. Also, if you know of a worthy cause that needs some SEO love let us know and we'll try to get them some help.
I have also been pondering about whether or not to throw a forum up on this site. It's way too early right now, but it's a possibility in the future. If the need arises let me know and I'll push the "forum" button.

That's Funny You Mention It
I actually think there is a way to set up computers at homeless shelters and teach online marketing. Just think about it. It cost virtually nothing to get into the game, and the rest is pure sweat equity. Plus, homeless people could pick up a lot of backlinks. What heartless d bag would turn down a link request from someone that is homeless. They ARE linkbait.
