New Forum for Contest Threads

Check the global nav for the link to the forum. I've added a category for contest news.

The whole subdirectory is blocked by robots.txt which means people can link to whatever they want with reckless abandon. I wouldn't want to link out to the piles of spam that will be generated from the contest.
