I just returned from the west coast. Facebook's f8 (Best Conference EVER!) 1 day conference and SMX's local/mobile event. Very insightful. Planning for SES San Jose next week.

I finally fixed the image upload issues. Sorry for the hold up. I've had a hell of a couple of months. Deaths in the family, quiting smoking, and database errors. Ugh.

So, Im sitting here in my Lees Summit home... and Im thinking. You know... it would be cool if there was an organization or GROUP of KC SEO professionals.

Well, I "moved" to KC about 1 month ago, and am just now feeling like the house is becoming a home.

We all know titles, meta and links are the building blocks of good SEO, but it always amazes me how many sites fail to add fresh content to the checklist of SEO strategies.

Very interesting that someone (anyone) is talking about this with all the lies, deception, and such that pollute the internet anyway:

Do to the fact that they don't allow beer at Shawnee Mission Park we will be moving the cookout to Shana's house.

Being a DMOZ editor I come across all kinds of sites. I edit a couple of SEO categories and I'm surprised by how many companies just don't get some of the basic SEO concepts.
